We guarantee that within 4 hours of a system failure, IPS will be on site with a qualified service technician to resolve the problem.
When minor problems arise we will respond to it by the following business day. If you require add on services, equipment moves, or other changes you can be sure that we will respond promptly and based on your schedule.
When you become an IPS customer you have piece of mind knowing that our systems never sleep. We utilize advanced computer-based systems that routinely perform internal self-diagnostics that can alert you to system problems, many times before they occur. In addition IPS will remotely monitor your system from our office to insure that the system operates smoothly and trouble free.
As always IPS offers free system-programming changes during the first 30 days following installation.
